چکیده

Iran is one of the flood-prone areas in world with inappropriate climatic patterns. In this study, flood risk maps three scenarios by combining Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Analytical Network (ANP) and Fuzzy (FAHP) models Ordered Weighted Average (OWA), Linear Combination (WLC) models., Local (LWLC) two new models, Multi-Criteria Analysis (WMCA) Geo Technique for Order Preference Similarity to Ideal Solution (Geo TOPSIS) were prepared from Heraz watershed northern Iran. The analysis results AHP model first scenario, ANP second scenario FAHP third show that criteria precipitation, slope, land use, elevation, drainage density distance river are most important occurrence floods Haraz basin. Evaluation on average, about 70%, 20%, 8%, 2% basin medium, low, high, no situations, respectively. Geographically, southeastern central parts high low risk, respectively, other medium risk. basin, many forest lands, pastures, agriculture population centers flooding. Generally, based obtained results, WMCA TOPSIS along WLC, LWLC OWA effective methods studies needs necessary planning management.
